"Operating in a fast, reliable, and friendly way lies at the heart of our approach"

“The fast pace of life today means that people often need to be able to satisfy visa requirements quickly”

Visa applicants now have greater choice and access to SELT exams than before and as a new provider of such exams, we have worked particularly hard to ensure that service is fit for purpose with particular emphasis placed on quality and accessibility.

We are confident that the service we provide is fast, reliable, and friendly. How do we do that?

Well, the fast pace of life today means that people often need to be able to satisfy visa requirements quickly. At LanguageCert we recognise how precious everyone’s time is and so our systems have been designed and developed to allow applicants to register for an exam, take it and get their results in the shortest possible timeframe.

LanguageCert candidates can go online, book a SELT exam and take it in as little as 24 hours. Depending on the exam, preliminary results can be released immediately, with final results available in three to five working days.

And thanks to the large number of LanguageCert SELT Test Centres worldwide, candidates can be confident that they can book an exam slot at their preferred time, in a test centre of choice.

Reliability is also a key focus of ours. All LanguageCert SELT exams are delivered through our global network of SELT Test Centres, in partnership with Prometric, a global leader in test delivery and candidate services. Prometric provides world-leading, secure, and reliable testing conditions and is fully compliant with Covid-19 requirements at all of its venues.

Reassuringly, LanguageCert is regulated by Ofqual and our SELT exams are developed by experts in language assessment who adhere to rigorous quality assurance procedures.

In addition, LanguageCert SELT exams are a reliable test of real-life language skills, all assessors are carefully trained and monitored, and the spoken components are recorded to ensure the highest standards and allow for effective quality assurance.

Of particular note are our computer-based SELT exams that use PeopleCert’s proprietary, award-winning test delivery technology while ensuring reliable results.

That brings us to friendly: at LanguageCert, we believe in the use of advanced technology but where appropriate we want it to be mediated by a real person.

“We’re really proud of the service that we offer our candidates and other stakeholders”

In this context, candidates always interact with live invigilators and all spoken exam components are carried out by interlocutors who provide a personalised and friendly experience.

Additionally, our exams are designed to be as accessible as possible, allowing candidates to fit them into their personal schedules.

We provide a range of preparation support material for candidates and teachers and at the same time, all of this is underpinned by a friendly and efficient customer service which operates 24/7/365 in multiple languages.

At LanguageCert, we’re really proud of the service that we offer our candidates and other stakeholders. Operating in a fast, reliable, and friendly way lies at the heart of our approach, as we strive to enhance the life, career, and study prospects of individuals worldwide.
