One hundred and seventy educators from 126 institutions attended, along with 184 agents from the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.

The region’s two most popular sectors, higher education (46% of all educators) and language study (39%), were most represented, unlike last year when more language schools attended. Reflecting the international feel, attendees hailed from 46 countries.

“Due to the scale of this industry it is often hard to make meaningful connections with education institutions, but at this ICEF workshop we were able to easily meet with many targeted institutions and sign agreements during our meetings,” said Naresh Kumar of Turning Point Studies, India.
