The ownership and management structures of both companies remain unchanged and unaffected

The agreement is also designed to share costs and create economies of scale, where British Study Centres will be based in Bell’s prime location on London’s South Bank from November 2.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Bell to ensure a bright future for our London operations”

BSC will continue operating classes separately to Bell, but students will benefit from Bell London’s facilities and “have the opportunity to make friends from all over the world in a Covid-secure environment”, the providers noted.

“It is certainly a time for collaboration and synergies, so this partnership represents a real win-win for both schools, our partners and, most importantly, for our students,” said Bell CEO, Catrin Diamantino.

Bell’s and British Study Centres’ teachers based in London will continue to teach their respective students, and the organisations’ sales, marketing and admissions functions continue to operate independently.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Bell to ensure a bright future for our London operations and the best possible outcomes for our customers,” Nick Alexandrou CEO of BSC added.

The announcement includes London premises only, and centres outside of the capital will continue to operate as usual, the companies noted.

The ownership and management structures of both companies remain unchanged and unaffected.
