Key operations come together in new platform

Agent management platform, Ascent One, has launched an ecosystem that brings admissions management, agent management and marketing within one tool.

The new software eliminates onerous tasks across multiple systems, Ascent One said

The platform, which already works with 39 education providers across Australia and New Zealand, says the new platform offers institutions a redesigned one-stop-shop to connect with agents and students.

It aims to save both valuable time and money, the company said.

“We are thrilled to be launching the world’s first ecosystem bringing together admissions, agent and marketing management in one place, for the very first time,” said Naresh Gulati, CEO and founder of Ascent One.

“Having modules that can also integrate with each other means a seamless experience for the users that drastically cuts down on time spent on traditional manual tasks, eliminates errors whilst sharing data, as well as providing a more affordable solution.”

The technology will also assist with additional revenue generation and generate savings by eliminating touch points or the need for manual work, Gulati added.

The new software eliminates onerous tasks across multiple systems by allowing users to share data across the fully connected eco-system. It also features third-party tech integration, such as Google Maps and Docusign, to save time.

Ascent One’s lead nurturing campaigns via its proprietary technology for agents and students, as well as managed services for education providers is one component of the new platform, Gulati told The PIE.

Under the subscription-based model, users have the option to purchase one, some or all product modules depending on need.

Existing data from previous licensed products will be automatically shared when clients purchase new products or services meaning they have full integration across all products, Gulati explained.

“We’re excited to be able to say we’re truly changing the sector with this online ecosystem,” Gulati concluded.
