University of Sydney, Australia. Ruby Biscuit recently joined the University of Sydney’s Global Student Recruitment and Mobility team in the role of Head of International Student Recruitment (Asia).  In this leadership position Ruby will ensure the university’s international recruitment strategy for Asia and international sponsorship students is on track and future-focused. Ruby has worked in the International Education sector since 2001 in directorial, business development, student recruitment and academic leadership roles. Her well-developed strategic planning and evaluation skills have a proven track-record of building effective teams and focusing organisational cultures towards measurable outcomes. Previously, as the Director of the Macquarie University International College, Ruby was responsible for stabilising its newly-integrated pathways college and ensuring the high quality of its pathways curriculum and educational results. Her innovative, solution-focused thinking and versatile skillset will be highly valued in her new role.
