ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN is the largest global conference on technology supported learning and training for the corporate, education and public service sectors.

The 20th edition brought together 2,332 delegates from 100 countries, 330 speakers and 81 exhibitors. In 2014, ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN focused on the evolving shape of modern learning and the opportunity that the variety of modern, technology supported learning brings.

The diverse programme of parallel sessions and workshops explored a vast range of topics across the technology enhanced learning spectrum, including training and talent development strategies, collaborative and flipped learning, educational ecosystems and data for learning.

Plenaries at the conference explored big data, open and co-learning, learners as consumers and the future of organisational learning, whilst on Thursday evening the hotly anticipated OEB Debate made for a real highlight of the conference as four expert speakers battled it out over the motion “This house believes that data is corrupting education”.

Meanwhile, in the thronging exhibition area, participants discovered the latest services, products and trends on display from 81 international exhibitors.
