Our International Higher Education Forum is back for 2020 and we’ll be asking some of the toughest questions facing the sector.

Risk. Responsibility. Innovation.

How can universities address the financial, reputational and security risks associated with internationalisation? How can we ensure international success while fulfilling our responsibility to our students, partners and the planet? What will international higher education look like ten years from now, and how can we embrace innovation to lead the way there?

Our flagship conference helps universities develop the strategies they need to flourish internationally in research, transnational education, student recruitment and mobility. This conference will be useful for staff who have responsibility for developing international strategies across student recruitment, transnational education, research and mobility.

Why attend?

  • Come together with others in the sector to share experiences and learn from best practice in internationalisation
  • Identify  areas of risk in internationalisation and discuss ways of addressing these
  • Join sector-wide discussions about how universities can work together to address pressing global challenges such as climate change
  • Hear from colleagues at the cutting edge of international higher education and identify innovative approaches that you can put into practice in your own institution
  • Share your own experiences and help us to ensure that we are representing you in the most useful and effective way

Relevant job titles include:

  • Pro Vice-Chancellor (International)
  • Deputy Vice Principal/Director/Deputy Director of International/Europe/Recruitment
  • Head or Assistant Head of Global Partnerships/Projects
