Go International conference 2020: the future of mobility

Join partners from Universities UK International’s Go International: Stand Out campaign to explore new pathways to mobility post-2020, and to share best practice in helping students study abroad. Over 100 UK universities and organisations have signed up to the campaign which aims to double the percentage of UK-domiciled students who study, work or volunteer abroad during their degrees.

This conference will look at how new strategies for mobility are being forged within institutions and at a national level in the UK, amidst an ever-changing policy landscape. It will explore the reconfiguring of our relationship with Europe and how we can continue to support European mobility within or outside of the next Erasmus+ programme. It will touch on new strategic themes: collaboration across departments, inclusive mobility, internationalisation at home, climate concerns and blended mobility.

Most of all, the conference is an opportunity to share best practice in helping students study abroad, and to showcase the hard work, commitment and strategic planning from home and partner institutions operating and cooperating in uncertain environments.
