Why Bulgaria?

  • Bulgaria had around 2% GDP growth in 2015 together with increasing economy investments.
  • According to a poll from the National Centre for the Study of Public Opinion from 2012, 63% of students said they planned to leave the country for foreign study or work. Half of Bulgaria’s prospective higher education students apply for courses abroad and one third of the parents are prepared to see their children leave.
  • The Head of the State Agency for Bulgarians Abroad claims 30,000 Bulgarians are currently studying abroad and the number is projected to further increase.
