Embassy Education Seminar 2015: Where The Embassies and the Education Sector Meet

What’s it all about?

The Embassy Education Seminar is a half-day conference designed to bring together education attachés at London’s embassies with key representatives at UK universities, colleges and schools to discuss common challenges facing foreign students and to forge academic ties.

Diplomats will receive presentations from top-level speakers.

Regional focus groups will give education attaches and international officers the opportunity to discuss priorities of their regions in depth. There will also be time to network with contacts at a wide range of academic institutions.

Who should attend:

  • Heads of Mission – to find out about the UK education policy and to forge academic ties with UK education institutions
  • Education attachés – to network with international officers at UK universities, colleges and schools
  • Consuls – to hear the latest migration and visa policies relating to foreign students
