The BUTEX 6th Symposium will take place at the University of Liverpool.

This is a one-day event that offers a varied programme for study abroad professionals working with either incoming and outgoing students, or both.

The programme offers sessions on

• Effective use of social media
• Models for the allocation of places at Study Abroad/Exchange partners
• Multi-function approaches to supporting inbound study abroad/exchange students
• Working with inbound study abroad/exchange students as ambassadors
• Recording academic grades achieved from time spent abroad
• Introduction to study abroad/exchange for newcomers to the field
