Following a busy day of meetings on day two of the IALC workshop, delegates were treated to a cheese, wine, pasta and balsamic vinegar tasting at the magnificent Palazzo Albergati. The third day was rounded off with a gala dinner at at the Palazzo Re Enzo, just a stones throw from Piazza Maggiore.
