Members of IALC, the International Association of Language Centres, were welcomed to the Welsh capital by its only member in Wales, Celtic English Academy, this week. The school is hosting some 135 study travel agents and 130 representatives from IALC-accredited schools and kicked the event off with a Welcome Reception at Cardiff Castle.
