LAL has joined forces with BROWNS English Language School to expand its presence in Australia and achieve full global reach for its ELT programs. The partnership will see BROWNS Brisbane and Gold Coast schools become LAL partner centres.
The two organisations will collaborate on marketing and sales, and share strategic insights aligning products to each other wherever possible.
“Both companies were aware of the potential of such a collaboration”
“BROWNS English Language School prides itself on delivering quality education. We know that LAL holds the same values,” BROWNS’ recruitment and marketing director (Europe and South America) Matthew White said.
“We are really excited to be working as partners to advocate world-class educational experiences.”
As one of the most popular ELT destinations in the world, Australia has always been on LAL’s radar.
The partnership with Browns, LAL’s chief commercial office Bradley Wade explained in a statement, had been on the cards for a while.
“Both companies were aware of the potential of such a collaboration, but reaching a model that made sense to us and was able to effectively be felt in the industry was important to get just right,” he said.
“Both LAL and BROWNs teams have worked extremely hard on exploiting the synergies and shared values between the two companies to construct an arrangement that allows for flexibility on the day to day operations without compromising on the delivery of high-quality English learning experiences, which has always been a key priority for both sides.”
The collaboration with Browns is part of LAL’s partnership plan, started in 2016 with the aim to expand the organisation’s English language programs around the world beyond its wholly-owned schools.
Thanks to its partner network, LAL has consolidated its presence in Malta, Ireland, Spain, Canada and the US, with both adult and young learner programs, beyond its flagship schools in the UK, South Africa and the US.
As part of LAL’s strategic expansion plans to capitalise on global demand for language learning abroad, the group has also announced that Language Campus/Idiomas GC in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, will be joining as a LAL Partner Centre from January 2020.
