Quality English, a 10-year old organisation which markets high quality, independent English language teaching operations under one cohesive global brand, is expanding its remit, with the launch of a sister brand, Quality Education, aimed at similarly segmenting top-quality vocational and career colleges, teaching in English.
Carolyn Blackmore, Chief Executive of the organisation, explained, “Demand is no longer just for English courses so QE sees this as a logical step to take. We all operate in a very diverse and competitive industry where education is increasingly ‘global’ and more often than not in English.”
Quality English invites schools which already conform to specific national accreditation requirements to become brand licensees after assessing feedback from students and agents that have experience of the school. The same process will apply for those keen to become affiliated with Quality Education.
Blackmore said, “The Quality Education colleges work with agents in the much same way as do Quality English schools.”
Members of the network have to demonstrate excellent feedback, be independent and locally managed.
At present, there are 53 Quality English member schools in eight countries and Associate Schools in Bosnia, Poland, Turkey and Ukraine. Several prospective colleges have already expressed strong interest in applying to Quality Education, following research undertaken.
As well as using the marketing brand, members can attend marketing missions held in various countries around the world where they can promote their products and services to education agents. Eleven such missions are organised for 2013.
