FPP EDUMedia (FPP), Latin America’s largest education agent fair organiser, has unveiled a new rewards scheme that will enable its returning customers to earn online promotions, free webinars and discounts on services.

Clients will collect rewards points based on their spending, which can then be used to redeem Facebook posts on FPP’s academic social network EDUFINDME, free webinars and discounted rates for its education expo events.
The company has a returning client rate of 79% and is keen to reward client loyalty, Julio Ronchetti, President of FPP told The PIE News.
“We think this will be successful because it is a bonus for our clients’ loyalty and FPP has a very high returning client rate,” he said. “This is another way of saying thank you to our clients and letting them experiment all our different recruitment solutions.”
Any client who spends money on FPP products and services – which include student fairs, print and online resources and consulting services – will automatically receive one reward point for every US dollar invoiced. In order to qualify for a free webinar worth $2,600, they must collect 25,000 points through the scheme.
The company also hopes the initiative will increase interest in other products it offers including its virtual student fairs, agent workshops and a social network.
Founded in Brazil 12 years ago, FPP EduMedia has grown to organise 70 fairs in 36 cities across the globe.
