"With more than 15 years of experience, Englishtown is ready to provide the best online service for teaching English in Indonesia," said Elliot Davernas, country manager of Englishtown Indonesia. "Every hour there's a new class starting and students are free to join groups that match their own language ability."

EF, which runs 400 English language schools and offices worldwide, said it had invested US$70 million into research and development for Englishtown. The programme is used widely in countries such as Brazil, China and Spain, and by companies such as Microsoft, Google and BMW.
It was also the official ELT provider of the Beijing Olympics 2008, training more than 60,000 volunteers, and will be used at the Sochi Winter Olympics in Russia and in Rio de Janeiro Brazil for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
