Bimpe Femi-Oyewo is an impact-driven leader transforming educational access and opportunity pathways for Africans. She is an advocate for dismantling systems that have historically excluded African talent, especially within international education. She has dedicated her career to breaking structural barriers and creating equitable, scalable models of support for underserved communities. As founder and CEO of Edward Consulting, Bimpe has pioneered an innovative advisory framework that has guided over 10,000 African students across Nigeria, Kenya, Zimbabwe, and the diaspora. Under her leadership, the organisation has secured $28 million+ in scholarships and earned major international honours, including the 2025 PIEoneer Awards for Emerging Leader of the Year EMEA, the Most Ingenious Agency in Africa (2024), and recognition as a Highly Commendable Finalist for Diversity, Equality & Inclusion at the 2025 PIEoneer Awards.
