Document verification platform ApplyProof has announced two partnerships with global testing providers to give test takers “greater transparency and portability” of test results.
ApplyProof’s partnerships with Pearson PTE in Canada and ETS will seek to streamline processes by utilising the company’s technology to allow test takers to provide proof of English language proficiency.
The partnership with ApplyProof will help Pearson PTE to make the test a “more beneficial, seamless and effective experience for our test takers”, according to Pearson’s director of PTE in Canada Assia Hamdane.
“We are always looking for ways to make PTE an ever more beneficial, seamless and effective experience for our test takers. We believe our partnership with ApplyProof will help us to do this by enabling students and verifiers to share and access PTE scores more quickly and easily than before,” Hamdane said.
“More widely we look forward to the benefits of our innovative partnership having a positive impact on international student migration into Canada.”
“In Canada, more universities receive TOEFL scores than any other English-language test,” said Srikant Gopal, executive director of the TOEFL program ETS. PTE on the other hand is accepted by over 90% of Canadian universities and colleges.
“We are pleased to work with ApplyBoard and commend the solution it has created to facilitate a more seamless process in the verification of documents, like TOEFL scores, for both students and institutions who rely on them for high-stakes decisions,” Gopal explained.
The partnerships will bring new level of clarity, certainty, and ease-of-use, noted head of ApplyProof Iman Hassani.
“We can seamless integrate with all organisations to issue their documents in a matter of days”
“We believe that partnering with Pearson will bring a new level of clarity, certainty, and ease-of-use to the processes for students, immigration officials, and institutions,” Hassani said, as will the strategic relationship with ETS.
“ApplyProof and Pearson’s commitment to interoperability makes access and verification of results transparent and efficient. ApplyProof enables admission and immigration stakeholders to trust the information submitted to them…
“With the technology solutions we built, we can seamless integrate with all organisations to issue their documents in a matter of days.”
“I’m confident that our relationship with ApplyBoard will lead to even greater efficiencies down the road and look forward to realising the benefits that the ApplyProof technology provides to stakeholders across Canada and around the world,” Alberto Acereda, executive director Global Higher Education ETS added.
