Bayswater Education, a UK-based business delivering English and career-led education, has acquired Eurocentres, a “leading and historic” language travel brand.

mvc Education & Career Group has purchased of Eurocentres’ French teaching activities from the Foundation for Language and Educational Centres. The acquisition includes all three schools in France.

A 70-year old language teaching brand, Eurocentres, has sold its English language teaching interests - including owned schools and franchise rights - to a German venture capital firm with edtech interests, with the former Swiss owner citing the constraints of the charitable framework it was run within.
