The MoU was signed in recognition of recent IALC Roadshows to Bogota and Mexico City held in February.

At the IALC 2019 Mexico Roadshow, study travel agencies from Mexico met a fantastic variety of schools at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma Hotel, while the Colombia roadshow was packed with quality business meetings with a range of owners and directors from 16 IALC accredited language schools.

IALC vice president of Marketing Robin Adams said the association believes that the LATAM region presents IALC schools with a number of “tremendous opportunities for growth”.

“We are extremely proud to have the opportunity to collaborate closely with ANEX and AMTE”

“In our determination to raise the profile and awareness of our association, we have sought out two extremely dynamic agent associations and we are extremely proud to have the opportunity to collaborate closely with ANEX and AMTE.

“Our aim will be to develop a number of campaigns with these two great associations in an effort to support more bookings for our member schools…IALC looks forward to working with these associations in the future,” he added.

The executive director of ANEX Marcela Osorio described the partnership as a wonderful opportunity for both associations.

“All IALC schools share a commitment to quality. We look forward to continuing working together in the coming months and years’ ahead,” she said.

“The IALC Mexico Roadshow has been a great opportunity for Mexican agencies to meet with quality independent schools. IALC shares the same quality principles as our Association,” added coordinator general of AMTE Oscar Sanz.

“The two associations have developed a solid base from which we can continue to develop exciting initiatives,” Sanz added.
