With the addition of Malta, English Path can now offer its new Global Explorer packages

Part of the Global Education – Gedu, English Path’s new location is in the seaside town of St Julians.

“We are excited to welcome students to English Path Malta – but no matter which campus a student attends, we want to deliver the highest quality of teaching and give them the best experience, both in and out of the classroom,” head of English Path, Mike Summerfield, who also sits on the committee for English UK London said.

“At English Path we are not only dedicated to seeking out the best teachers – with the right mix of qualifications and experience – but also to ensuring that our teachers have plenty of opportunities for personal development.”

Both the campuses in Malta and Dubai provide a “sunnier alternative” to existing English Path schools in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds in the UK, the company added.

Courses include General English, Business English and exam preparation for adults and young adults.

English Path, which entered the market in 2021 by the operator which also runs Global Banking School, launched with a bid to develop into “one of the most highly respected providers in the market today”.

At the time, Summerfield said the new player hoped to “reinvigorate the UK as an English language learning destination”.

“Students are starting to return to their study travel habits and seek out new destinations to explore”

With the addition of Malta, English Path can now offer its new Global Explorer packages, which serve students the opportunity to combine studies in the UK, Malta and Dubai, Summerfield told The PIE.

“With a wonderful climate and a friendly, welcoming, English-speaking environment, Malta is the ideal location for improving language skills – and fits well with the existing English Path portfolio of schools in the UK and UAE.

“The time is right for this new EP campus opening as students are starting to return to their study travel habits and seek out new destinations to explore.

“Students at all EP campuses study alongside GBS higher education students, aiming for career success with a range of diploma, degree and master’s courses. Many EP students move to GBS courses, and the switch is facilitated by the admissions team who accompany students at every stage of the journey.”
