“This is a wonderful opportunity for Ukrainians to learn English with high quality teaching and a premium brand”

Managing director of transnational education at BSC, Steve Phillips said Ukraine is an exciting market which BSC has targeted for future growth.

“Ukraine is a great market and we have found an equally great partner to operate our franchise,” he said. “BSC has an exciting transnational strategy and Ukraine is a big part of that.”

Vladimir Naydyuk, managing director of BSC Ukraine, added to Philips’ comments, saying the BSC brand is attractive to Ukrainians.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for Ukrainians to learn English with high quality teaching and a premium brand. We have lots of exciting plans for BSC Ukraine in the next couple of years.”

Phillips told The PIE News that BSC’s plans don’t stop in Ukraine, and it is currently working on new partnerships in the Gulf and the Far East.

The company opened a new location in Algeria in the second quarter of this year, which also offers the Cambridge CELTA course, in addition to ELT and in-company training. The classes are run by four British teachers alongside a local Algerian team.

BSC was acquired by one of the owners of the Real Experience Group earlier this year, creating one of the UK’s largest group of premium language schools.

The Experience English brand, which formerly consisted of four year-round schools, has now been brought into the BSC brand.
