Password English Language Testing, UK. Tom Windle has joined Password English Language Testing as director of partnerships. With over 20 years’ experience across English language education and UK higher education, Tom has held senior roles at UCL, Royal Holloway and the University of Surrey, leading international strategy and global partnerships. He also brings extensive experience in university–private sector collaboration, particularly in transnational and online education, most recently with OPM provider Higher Ed Partners. In his new role, Tom will focus on developing partnerships with UK universities, helping institutions navigate ongoing international recruitment challenges through accessible, high-quality English language testing solutions.
