Springboard, US. Ryan Fong has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of online learning platform Springboard. In his role as CFO, Fong brings nearly two decades of experience as a strategist, operator and finance leader, across a diverse range of organisations and Ed Tech companies, including Yahoo!, Microsoft and Udacity. “Springboard has already established itself as a leader in the online learning space, and the company is uniquely positioned to succeed in the current landscape,” Ryan said. “I look forward to applying my knowledge and experience to scale financial growth for the company.” Earlier this year, Springboard joined the Microsoft Accelerate program as a national partner, focused on tackling unemployment and the digital skills divide in metropolitan areas by providing technology skills development opportunities for underserved communities. Springboard saw over 200% year-over-year growth in enrolments in 2020.
