University of Sussex, UK. Richard Follett has been appointed as Deputy Pro-Vice-Chancellor – International at the University of Sussex. The new role will see him work with schools to meet their overseas student recruitment and mobility targets and maximise opportunities for global educational partnerships and collaborations. Professor Follett – who is currently the University’s Director of International Recruitment and Development and a Professor of American History – will work closely with Marcus Williams, Director of Student Recruitment and International Development, and assist Professor Stephen Shute, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Planning and Resources) in ensuring that the University’s international recruitment plans are achieved.
