University College London (UCL), UK. Rhianna has joined UCL as team leader – international careers within the Higher Education Development & Support Institute (HEDS). Her role involves establishing and managing a new team supporting international students’ employability across the breadth of the institution. Rhianna’s work focuses on building scalable, culturally responsive models that support international students from pre-arrival through to graduate destinations. Now she will be leading on UCL’s international careers strategy, collaborating across employer engagement, alumni, sustainable and diverse international recruitment, and student experience to drive student transitions and sustainable global outcomes. She will continue her work as co-lead of the Graduate Futures Institute International Task Group, contributing to national dialogues on international graduate employability and immigration policy, global labour market intelligence, regularly speaking at sector events including UKCISA, BUILA, BUCA, IHEF and British Council, and involvement in cross-institutional training, advocacy and lobbying. Further, she is delighted to be working strategically in this area, during a particularly interesting time in international HE.
