Wrexham University, UK. Rachel Clacher CBE has been appointed Wrexham University’s new chancellor, succeeding Colin Jackson CBE. Rachel is the founder of Wrexham based business Moneypenny, and social mobility charity, WeMindTheGap. She is a businesswoman and dedicated philanthropist, set to bring a lot of energy, enthusiasm and expertise to the role.
