ETS, global. Niall Horan has been appointed strategic partnerships manager at TOEFL Ireland, becoming TOEFL’s first dedicated appointee in the Irish market. With more than 15 years’ experience across third level and international education, Niall brings deep sector knowledge and a strong track record of building successful academic and institutional partnerships as the TOEFL brand continues its expansion across Ireland and Europe. Most recently, Niall worked with the University of Galway as part of its globalisation project, managing international student conversion and undergraduate admissions. Prior to this, he served as operations manager for the International Medical Commencement Program (IMCP)—a joint venture between OnCampus Ireland, the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland and Munster Technological University—where he played a key role in supporting over 1,500 students on their journey to becoming doctors. On his appointment, Niall said: “I am extremely excited to be part of TOEFL’s global expansion. Ireland is an increasingly attractive destination for international students, and I look forward to collaborating closely with Irish universities to create meaningful opportunities for both institutions and learners alike.
