Morwenna Shahani has been appointed as the CEO of UTS College, the pathway to the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), one of the world’s top 100 universities. The College has a rich history of innovation and was one of Australia’s first pathway colleges. It now has campuses in Sydney and Sri Lanka, and partnerships in India, Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and South Korea. Morwenna started her career in the UK, was an international student in Germany and worked in Mexico and Portugal before migrating to Australia. She brings a wealth of senior experience to the role from across the education sector in Australia and overseas, most recently in her role as Executive General Manager at University Partnerships Australasia at Navitas. She has a deep commitment to pathway education. Known for building community and collaboration, she draws on her personal and professional international experiences in her leadership.
