The PIE, Global. Lisa Phillipps is welcomed to the PIE’s “excellent but lesser-known” executive search service, where she will be covering the maternity leave of Hadil El-Agami.  Lisa has led senior executive search predominantly in International K-12 for the last two years, focusing on non-academic leadership roles.  This builds on her history of leading a 1200 pupil school’s non-academic function and working internationally on school investments during her time at International Schools Partnership.  Lisa lived and worked in Abu Dhabi for 5 years and brings a great network and understanding of the Middle East education landscape.  She also brings 22 years of business services experience grounded in finance initially and coupled with education over the last decade.  Lisa’s experience gives her a keen eye for building teams which will work well together and deliver excellence.
