BUILA, UK. Lily Rumsey has been appointed permanent executive director of BUILA, following a successful period as interim executive director. Taking up the role from September 1, Lily will lead the association through its next phase of development, including its BUILA 2.0 vision to strengthen the organisation’s influence, profile and impact across international education. BUILA has been part of Lily’s international education career for more than 15 years. “Our greatest strength is our practitioner voice, and want us to be even more confident in using that voice to influence policy, shape debate and support our members,” she said.
