QAA, UK. Lauren joins the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education to lead its innovation and enterprise team through a period of change and transformation. Her team supports the agency’s mission in safeguarding and enhancing quality with a commercial portfolio of products and services aimed at quality professionals, institutions and HE systems. Lauren joins QAA with over 10 years of experience in commercial and education sales roles, notably and most recently as Head of Education sales at UCAS’ commercial arm, UCAS Media.
