M Square Media, UK. Jo joins MSM as Vice-President UK following a career of over 28 years in international Higher Education.  Originally from Australia, Jo moved to the UK as an international student and this sparked her interest in the challenges both students and universities face in international education.  Her experience includes Director posts at the University of Southampton and Solent University, focussing on international recruitment, international relations and international development.  An expert in many of today’s education markets, she has specialist knowledge of India, where in 2014 she spent 6 months, developing an international office and internationalisation strategy for an IIT, as well as Pakistan and Nigeria. In addition to her university positions, Jo has established an education consultancy, UniConnectEd, in an entrepreneurial venture.  Jo’s MBA specialised in Higher Education Management which has served her well in her leadership positions over the years.  “I am extremely keen to bring success to UK universities with the student recruitment solutions MSM has to offer”.
