ETS, US. Janet Garcia has been appointed president of ETS, where she will continue to report to the CEO overseeing global operations. As president, Janet will oversee the integration and expansion of operations across the ETS enterprise. In addition to continuing to lead PSI, she will now also drive coordination across the ETS portfolio. Janet brings a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and mission-driven growth in the global assessment, licensure and credentialing sector. Since joining PSI (an ETS company) in 2017, she has transformed the company from an emerging brand into a recognised global leader in credentialing, driving expansion through strategic acquisitions, product innovation, and operational excellence. “I’m truly humbled to step into this role,” said Janet: “I feel a deep connection for the purpose of our work, for the test taker, the public, society, and the institutions that rely on secure, trusted outcomes.
