LaSalle College / LCI Education, Canada. Dr. Isaac Garcia-Sitton has been appointed chief operating officer, Eastern Canada, at LaSalle College, part of the LCI Education network of 12 institutions across 9 countries. Isaac brings more than two decades of experience in higher education and international affairs, having held senior roles at Toronto Metropolitan University, York University, and McGill University. Before entering higher education, he served as a diplomat for the Republic of Panama, including as Consul General – a background he brings alongside deep expertise in international enrolment, student policy, global mobility, and equity and inclusion. Upon his appointment, Isaac said: “LCI Education is bold, globally minded, and deeply committed to student success. I look forward to contributing to its next chapter alongside colleagues across the network.”
