Acumen, India. Gangan Oberoi has been appointed executive director – transnational education at Acumen. Gagan is a senior specialist in global higher education strategy and TNE, bringing over a decade of experience across international education, consulting, market expansion, and institutional growth strategy. Previously at Navitas, he led strategic initiatives for international branch campuses and education portfolio expansion across Asia and emerging markets, working closely with regulators and university leadership in major global hubs. Gagan and Acumen’s wider TNE advisory team will support universities and public sector partners across the full TNE lifecycle – from strategy and market assessment to business planning, launch, and scale. Upon his appointment, Gagan said he was “looking forward to contributing to this journey and working with colleagues, universities, and partners across markets to build sustainable, future-ready TNE models.”
