Ed is an experienced educational leader in both the Independent Sector in the UK and International Baccalaureate Schools in Asia. Throughout his career, Ed has held a range of senior leadership positions in highly regarded UK and international schools, leading initiatives focused on academic excellence, teacher and support staff development, wellbeing, and whole-school strategic growth. He has experience working within the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, alongside English independent school traditions and values.
