Twinkl, UK. Catherine Birkett has been appointed non-executive director and chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Twinkl global EdTech organisation. Catherine brings over two decades of senior financial and risk management experience, spanning global markets and high-growth organisations. She has been a CFO for 20 years and is currently the CFO of GoCardless ltd. She is also an experienced NED, serving on the Board at Global Data plc for the past four years. Her appointment reinforces Twinkl’s ongoing commitment to strong governance and sustainable long-term growth, as the company continues to scale its global operations. Catherine’s experience in scaling businesses and working with founders and private equity shareholders means she brings a wealth of experience to the Twinkl Board.
