Phoenix Academy, Australia. Candy as been appointed as Academic Director at Phoenix Academy in Perth, Western Australia. Candy rejoined Phoenix from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Dubai, UAE, where she had been a faculty member since 2004. Candy, who is originally from Perth, has more than 20 years of experience in international education, specialising in adult teaching, training, research and educational management. She has worked in Australia, the UK, the UAE and Ukraine. Her interests are in teaching, intercultural literacy, e-learning and education policy. She is currently working towards her PhD in Education, investigation social change in the Middle East.
