Zoom Abroad, UK. Bill Rammell has recently been appointed as president of Zoom Abroad. Bill was the Member of Parliament for Harlow from 1997 to 2010 and served as a Minister of State in several departments, including the Department for Education & Skills, and Department for Innovation, Universities & Skills, the Foreign Office, and the UK Ministry of Defence for 8 years. He was also the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Bedfordshire and chair of the university consortium MillionPlus. Before joining Zoom Abroad, he was the president of the University of Kurdistan Hewlêr (UKH) in Iraqi Kurdistan.
