Wilson Shang’s 15-year professional journey spans from classroom EFL teaching to cross‑border educational partnerships and operations across K-12 schools and further education sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Education Assessment from the UCL Institute of Education, and explores the interplay between inside‑campus systems (curriculum, pedagogy and assessment) and outside‑campus ecosystems (student future growth, education reforms, and industry trends). Currently, he leads multinational teams on developing sustainable, mutually beneficial educational partnerships to build long-impacting programmes centred on student growth for the future.
