Tara Chandra and Jin Chow

Dr. Tara Chandra is Polygence’s inaugural scholar-in-residence. Her background and expertise is in foreign policy, tech policy, and national security, and she completed her PhD at UC Berkeley in political science, where her work focused on gender and political violence. Jin Chow is an entrepreneur from Hong Kong dedicated to transforming education through project-based learning and mentorship. A Princeton graduate with a degree in comparative literature and a PhD candidate at Stanford in the same field, she paused her doctoral studies to co-found Polygence, which pairs students online with research experts to do unique projects.
