Russian agent association Association of Russian Educational Advisors (AREA), which comprises 20 members from across Russia, is giving its members access to specialist CRM software to manage their work in a deal with AMS.

AREA has announced that it will pay the US$100 fee for members to download the AMS Agency Management System  – software created especially for educational agencies to manage the process of student inquiry through to enrolment. AMS is managed by Izzet Aslantatar, who himself runs an education agency in Turkey.

Andrei Arsentiev of AREA said: “I am happy to announce this deal which I believe will be of significant value to our members enabling them to work more efficiently.”

The AMS system promises to cover all aspects of educational agencies’ work with features such as a platform for managing enquiries; searchable database of information on schools, programmes and accommodation; and an instant quote tool allowing price comparisons.

The system also promises to increase enrolments by, among other measures, allowing agents to network with schools and easily exchange of information. An adapted version of AMS is also available for schools, free of charge.

Arsentiev and AMS Director, Aslantatar, secured the deal at last month’s ICEF Moscow Workshop where AMS gave a live demonstration of the system.

He said it allowed users to work “smarter not harder”

Aslantatar said: “We are very pleased to be working with AREA and helping its members to streamline their businesses.” He said AMS was the “only software system designed and created specifically for education agencies” and that it allowed users to work “smarter not harder”.

The move brings the number of agencies using AMS to over 200 agencies in 35 countries.
