10 criteria to choose your e-learning language tool

Find out about the possibility of accessing activity reports. Is there a dedicated portal? Can your service provider provide you with clear and regular data? These statistics will give you an overview of your learner’s progress.

Your first impression is essential. Are the activities easily accessible? Do you instinctively know how to navigate the site? Don’t waste your energy: if you’re not comfortable, it’s unlikely that your learners will be, and therefore unlikely that they will want to work regularly with this solution.

  1. Help using the platform

Your service provider should be able to provide you with some basic user support tools, for you and your learners: FAQs, tutorials, user guides… Even better: does your package include face-to-face or distance workshops to get started with the platform?

Encountering a problem when you want to analyse your users’ results, wasting time looking for the licences you have left, not finding your password… in all these situations, and many others, isn’t it easier to pick up the phone and get help in minutes?
