A group of US Congressional Representatives has written a letter to Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross asking him to clarify allegations that the US Commercial Service could be dropping or reducing its support to the international education industry.
The Israeli study abroad market is “growing and still untapped”, the US Commercial Service in Tel Aviv has told The PIE News–a claim backed up by foreign universities and Israeli international education players. Commercial Specialist Alan Wielunski said that Israel had been overlooked for a decade but foreign schools were slowly waking up to its pool of "mature and ready to start" students.
