UEA withdraws from London INTO partnership

The University of East Anglia's London Study Centre- a joint venture with INTO University Partnerships- will stop offering degree courses in September just four years after opening. The university says the move will allow it to focus on delivery standards for its Norwich students and raising its international profile.

UK-based internationals vital, say universities

The UK-based international student market remains vital to UK universities despite the country’s tightened visa policies, The PIE News has learnt. At the UK University International Student Fair last month in London, institutions said an important proportion of overseas enrolments originated within the country – and that onshore marketing led to better students.
