Ten higher education institutions in the Philippines have partnered with Chinese institutions in a bid to boost collaboration in science, technology and agriculture.

Nine African universities have signed agreements with various Chinese universities and think-tanks in a bid to encourage more academic collaboration.

A total of 23 MoUs were signed between Vietnam and UK education institutions during a forum held in London last month to boost cooperation and educational investment.
