A new online marketplace for the English as a Second Language (ESL) industry has launched in Vancouver, Canada. ESL Explorer describes itself as mixture of a social networking, ratings and e-commerce site and is targeting students in Korea in the first place. It says agencies and educators can work within its marketplace.
