A Chinese national who masterminded a scam to fake US university admission tests for wealthy Chinese students has been sent to federal prison. 

New York City’s Columbia University says it is “exploring options” to pay doctoral students overseas for lessons provided to students online, following pressure.

The unique degree brings together two leading universities and gives students the opportunity to study a topic of global significance while based in London and New York.
